About Us

Advanced Short Sales has created proven methods and strategies to successfully execute pre-foreclosure transactions.  Our goal is to continue sharing our acquired skills and knowledge through one-on-one training and our intensive one-day workshop, which has been tailored to train individuals dedicated to gain the knowledge necessary to survive and thrive in the current foreclosure market.

Every piece of the material presented at the workshop and displayed in our detailed Advanced Short Sales Workbook has been attained through actual hands-on experience and ability in finding appropriate solutions for homeowners in distress.

About the Advanced Short Sales Workshop

The Advanced Short Sales Workshop is NOT your everyday information-only lecture. Many other workshops just scratch the surface of today’s Short Sale market and leave attendees wondering how to actually apply the provided information to expand and grow your business accordingly. The Advanced Short Sales workshop has been specially designed not only to educate but also to help attendees profitably implement the strategies discussed.

The Advanced Short Sales Workshop began in Arizona (ranked as one of the top 3 foreclosure states in the nation) in response to the popular demand of several agents and investors who tried to break the mystery behind the Short Sale “dilemma." Since there was simply not enough time to accommodate the endless realtor/investor requests to be trained and mentored on small group basis only -- not to mention the growing demand of the thousands of homeowners facing foreclosure -- we decided to expand our training to a wider spectrum of individuals who are capable, determined, and prepared to take their business to the next level.

Our Intensive Short Sale class is taught by Anna Mikaelyan, President and CEO of Advanced Short Sales.  "As a full-time listing agent specializing in pre-foreclosures and short sales, Anna Mikaelyan has become the go-to agent not just in her own office, but also for several other brokerages throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Florida, and many others.  With a BA in Administration of Justice from the University of Pittsburgh and extensive legal background from her previous professions, Mikaelyan's passion and exclusive negotiation skills have turned her focus to saving homeowners facing foreclosure.  Her drive to educate real estate professionals with the much-needed knowledge inspired her to create this One-Day Intensive Advanced Short Sales Workshop." (excerpts from Broker/Agent Magazine).

Mikaelyan is an approved instructor through the Department of Real Estate enabling her to teach "Negotiating Short Sales" a credit renewal course to fellow real estate professionals.  She also serves on the Arizona Association of Realtors Short Sale Advisory Board with Michelle Lind, Esq. among other fellow realtors and brokers.  The AAR Short Sale Advisory Board is responsible for creating and revising the Short Sale Listing and the Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract Addenda as well as periodically counseling agents on best practices in handling the various complex short sale transactions.
